These MBT shoes fit the bill. Lots of support and cush. MBTs was recommended by my podiatrist. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

MBT Chapa- Yes, they are pricey - but worth it!!! I cannot believe the difference they have made in regards to my knee pain. They are also so comfortable - just keep in mind this style runs a bit on the small side. Also, I am vegan and this style is completely synthetic.

Walking - I've been walking for years about 3 miles or more per day and these shoes work all parts of your legs. I took a half size larger and the arch support is great. I had bilateral knee replacement and they are very easy on the knees. Great MBT Shoes Chapa!

These MBT shoes are quite remarkable. They are not too difficult to get accustomed to. The most unusual thing is standing still, where you tend to rock forward. The bottom line is that they do build up your legs very quickly. I would most definitely recommend them.

I loved my previous pair of MBTs and wore them almost daily for two years until the sole split on one. After searching many sights for a discounted pair, I purchased another style from the www.mbt-shoes-sale.com vendor in the same size as my first pair. Unfortunately, they ran smaller and had to power walk in them outside before I could tell this. After bruised big toes and calloused heels, they were not returnable. Lesson learned, when purchasing expensive shoes, do so in person.
