Great MBT Chapa Shoes- did some initial research on this shoe and would highly recommend it. Takes a bit to get used to the rolling of the shoe, but follow the instructions (it comes with a DVD) and all should be fine. Helps keep your core tight.

This is a great shoes that lives up to it's word. However, you must absolutly buy a larger size because these shoes run SMALL! One half size larger will work for you. I had to return my order in exchange for a larger size, and that was a bit of a hassel.
