I was walking with a walker until I bought these shoes. I have very little pain in my legs now and I walk on my own. You have to get used to them. I wear them about 4 hrs a day. I think I am feeling so much better. I can continue working now instead of retiring.

I purchased these shoes a while ago to get the toning affect and I must say that I really like them. I also have balance issues and I find that these are helping me gain my core balance.
I read a lot of reviews stating these were bulky, heavy and ugly but I must say, no one has even really noticed. I love them....and my legs are sore. :-)...
