Very comfortable and very easy to get used to. First day, I forgot I had them on and wore them around the house for about four hours. I did notice that my legs were tired and realized why. There is definitely toning of the calves. Not seen any change in the rear yet. I did not follow the recommendation that I read somewhere about going down one half size. With socks, the shoe is about one half size too large. It is still comfortable and I just wear slightly thicker socks. The shoes look much better in person and give the illusion that your feet are smaller.

I ordered my Tunisha MBT shoes. I received them in great condition. When I put them on my feet were once again in heaven. I'm a nurse and spend quite a bit of time on my feet and by the end of the day my feet want to take a vacation and never come back! But with the right pair of shoes I still am able to go enjoy a walk in the afternoon and not be in terrible pain. I waited long for this style in my size. It was worth it. As expected, they feel and fit exactly like the Safiri, (same sole pattern) with the color, materials and look I had wanted. Like all my MBT's, these have the therapeutic value I need.

These boots are great. I have some feet issues and the motion that your foot uses when walking in these completely relieves them. In addition, I use these when I do my exercise walking and I can tell you really get a workout. They also look great, my friends can't believe they are the MBT shoes. They have worked out perfectly.
