LOVE mbt shoes!!! I love these shoes. I am a nurse and on my feet all day and these shoes are perfect. My back hurt until I started wearing these shoes. I will never wear another shoe again.

This MBT shoes is great! I use it to walk the dogs, and we walk/jog. I'm not sure you can run in them, I would like to know that myself. But they really work the calf and glute muscles.
