Be careful when choosing your size through the mail. I got these as a present for gift. My friend purchased them online. Most MBTs say order 1/2 size too large, which is what we did. They were too big. We sent them back and ordered my regular size, which was still a little too big. Now I wear thick socks to combat the problem.

Great shoes for a bad back - I was recently in a car accident and these shoes have greatly reduced my back pain. Who knew that a pair of shoes could make that much difference? I nearly choked on the price, but I must admit they are a worthwhile investment.

MBT Walk - Hard to get used to at first. With in minutes I could feel my muscles working. They force you to walk with good posture. My kids tell me I look like I am wearing moon boots.

I bought my first pair of MBTs because a friend turned me on to them. (She bought them because MBT is her husband's monogram). I'm on my second pair and absolutely love them. My knee pain is gone, my posture is better, my calves and thighs are getting more and more toned. They are worth the extra $$$. I bought one whole size larger than my regular shoes and have a perfect fit.

MBT M. Walk Review - Shoe is very comfortable and stylish. I wear a 7.5 - 8 usually. I ordered the 38-1/3, and it fits comfortably snug. Good arch support. I don't need to wear my insoles. I have narrow feet and this shoe, labeled a medium width, fits great. Feet feel much better!
