My wife has two pairs of these in white/gray. She's a physician and is on his feet for 12-13 hrs. a day. She was having knee and back pain and an orthopedic surgeon told him about these shoes. The shoes take a bit of getting used to, but her pain is gone. Her staff have also purchased them and love them. She now owns 4 pair and does not want to wear anything else.

Relief - This MBT shoe is comfortable and brought relief to my heel spurs. It took me a few days to get use to walking in them. They were a little tight at first; I suggest you get them a little bigger.
