I chose the MBT M.Walk shoes in an effort to help reduce the pain in my lower back and the stiffness in my hips which seemed to be due to an imbalance in my step. The first week I was a little soar while my body became accustomed to having to step equally with each foot. I love the shoes and I feel they have helped me stand and walk straighter and even seem to help firm up the glutes !!

I've worn MBTs now for over a year. I walk a mile and half each way to work, and started to get soreness in my knee. I checked out the MBTs, and decided to give it a shot. After the first week of muscle fatigue, I felt the difference. I've been hooked ever sense. I find that my walking and standing stamina is much higher than before.

I was introduced to these shoes by a co-worker (we are ER nurses). I decided to read some of the reviews before I purchased them, and it was the good review that another ER nurse wrote that convinced me. I purchased the Lamis and wore them to work immediately. I took an extra pair of shoes with me in case I had to change mid-shift, but it was not necessary. I got used to them immediately and had no problems adjusting to them. I work 12 hour shifts and these shoes make my shift just whizz by. Thanks, MBT for a wonderful shoe, they are worth every penny!!
