They are hard to get used to at first, but stick with it if you have a sore foot and you'll find this MBT Men's M.Walk shoe well worth the effort.

I walk several miles a day and purchased these shoes on the hype they gave something special and were woth the their high price. The shoes are well made and comfortable yet don't really give any better experience than other walking shoes which are less expensive. In short not sure these shoes are really worth the extra money.

I've had my MBT's for a week now. They are super comfortable and were not that hard to get used to. The first day I got them I walked around my neighborhood for about 30 minutes. I could definitely tell that different muscles were engaging as I started to walk. That night my legs were a little sore, but not bad at all. Since then I have had zero soreness. I definitely feel like I walk taller and straighter.

I love these shoes. I have a narrow foot and was forewarned to order this shoe one size larger than my normal size. They are a bit wide for me, but I wear socks and they truly are amazing. I can walk in them all day -- my feet feel as if they're walking on clouds.
