I ordered two sizes, both of which are too small. So I would say that this MBT shoe runs at least 1 1/2 sizes small! I normally wear a 9 and the 10 is too small even without a sock! So, thanks to Mbt-shoes-sale free shipping. I'll order larger sizes until I find the right fit!

MBT M.Walk feels great! This shoe was ordered one day, arrived from Zappos the next, and was extremely comfortable. I had already been wearing an MBT sandal and decided to go ahead and try this shoe. It feels very comfortable and I am able to walk all day in it (even with heel spurs and planter fasciitis).

MBT M.Walk Womens are fabulous shoes! They are a bit funky to walk in at the very first, but once you settle in you won't want to take them off. They run small, so plan a 1/2 size up for the right fit.

These are my second pair of MBT shoes and I love them! I will never go back to regular shoes again! They may cost a lot but worth every penny! I had my first pair for two years, so that was only for one year!

love these shoes and here's why:
I work long hours as a nurse-making rounds between 7 buildings. I began having sharp pain to my right hip that radiated down into my knee. My doctor thought it was inflammation to my lower back...probably from all the walking on hard surfaces and he recommended I change shoes. So I did. After much research I found these. I have never experienced anything quite like these shoes. The first time I wore them I knew that I had found my cure! After a 15 hour day at the hospital, my feet felt great and the hip pain was almost gone. By day 2 in these shoes, all the pain was gone.

I'm recovering from an Achilles injury and bought these on the recommendation of my physical therapist. Wearing these has helped tremendously. I have been dealing with heal pain for over a year and saw a big improvement shortly after starting to wear these shoes. As a side benefit, I really do feel like I am toning my legs while wearing them! I've been recommending these to my friends. Not too fashionable, but I can get away with wearing them to the office. I bought a half size up from my normal shoe size.
