I'm recovering from an Achilles injury and bought these on the recommendation of my physical therapist. Wearing these has helped tremendously. I have been dealing with heal pain for over a year and saw a big improvement shortly after starting to wear these shoes. As a side benefit, I really do feel like I am toning my legs while wearing them! I've been recommending these to my friends. Not too fashionable, but I can get away with wearing them to the office. I bought a half size up from my normal shoe size.

I was a bit skeptical, but after wearing them the first day I felt the difference in my legs. These shoes give you a workout, yet are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I'm sold on them!

I have to say I really do like the MBT shoe - I'm on my feet all day and I can do it somewhat comfortably in these shoes (better than any others so far). One small issue, they do run small, so for me having a narrow foot and ordering a half size up makes the shoe a little "floppy" on my foot. Long enough but now a little too wide. I would still order these again.

These shoes are great! I had tried other styles of MBTs, but the fit was not quite right; either my heels would slip or the toe area would be too tight. As soon as I tried this pair on, I could feel that the fit was perfect. (I ordered a half-size bigger than my usual size.) I've been wearing them to work for a couple of weeks now, where I do a lot of walking and standing, and my knees, feet, and back are not bothering me as much as they did before wearing these MBTs. I got the black ones so they wouldn't be too noticeable because they are kind of clunky. I don't mind that, especially since they feel so good.

I love these shoes! As soon as I put the shoes on, I knew that I love these shoes! It's a good idea to order half size bigger as it has been suggested by other MBT wearers. I own 4 other pairs of MBT and I never had to order a half size up, but I'm glad I took advice of others.

I really wanted to love these shoes! It's a style I could wear for work and home. There's nothing like slipping your foot into an MBT shoe. But, unfortunately, with the Kaya, the toe box just seems too small. After trying them on around the house, either side of the widest part of my forefoot, plus the joint area on top all had red marks and felt sore. Same for the little toe. Lengthwise, it seemed a good fit, no heel slip as I had with 1/2 size up (but the toe box wasn't so comfortable on that size, either). So, back they go.
