So far I really like these MBT shoes. I found they did run a size small. They felt weird at first, but today after 13 hours at work, my back didn't hurt like it usually does. Really does help with your posture, too.

Odd but you have to love the way they make you feel - Ok so I did get half a size bigger and that was just right. MBT where strange the first time I walked in them. After that I really like the feeling in my legs and butt. Please be careful to not over walk in them because you will really feel it in your legs latter

These fit true to size. I ordered these for my wife who has not walked much in years due to a chronic back condition. She feels like she has a new lease on life and is like the energizer bunny. Also these look like normal mbt shoes, not as clunky as the other styles.
