This is my first pair of MBTs. I am trying to improve my posture because my doctor’s theory is that my poor posture is causing my migraines. And I must say, these have really helped. I do stand taller and straighter. The shoes are very comfortable, but heavy. They do run a little small so order the next size up. All in all, theses will NOT be my last pair of MBTs.
